Kim Petras Cancels Summer 2024 Festival Appearances Due To 'Health Issues'

April 29, 2024
in Entertainment

Kim Petras has canceled her upcoming festival appearances this summer due to unspecified health concerns.

“I’m devastated to be writing this but I’m going through some health issues and under medical advice I have had to make the hard decision to not perform at festivals this summer,” the pop star wrote on social media. “I love u so much and I’ll make it up to you and be back better than ever very soon.”

Petras was scheduled to perform at LadyLand Music Fest in June this year, with additional shows at Primavera Sound in Barcelona, Mighty Hoopla, and Capitol Hill Block Party.

“We are really sad to learn that Kim Petras won’t be able to perform at this year’s edition of Primavera Sound Barcelona. We wish her a speedy recovery and hope to welcome her soon to our festival,” the fest wrote in a caption with a repost of her message.

In September, Petras dropped her French-pop album Problematique via Repbulic / Amigo Records.
