After months of waiting, Scotty McCreery has revealed the title and release date of his upcoming fifth album.
The singer-songwriter announced in a video posted on social media that the new album, Rise & Fall, will be released on May 10.
“I first teased this song called ‘Slow Dance’ back in November, and y’all have been asking ‘when is it coming out?’ on every post since then,” McCreery said. “Well, the answer is, ‘Slow Dance’ is coming out tonight at midnight. Can’t wait for y’all to hear it.”
“But wait! There’s more,” he added. “I also have a new album called Rise & Fall coming out on May 10, and you can also pre-order that tonight at midnight. So, can’t wait for y’all to hear the new music. Hope you love it. We’ll see you on the road.”
McCreery had already shared three singles from the album: “Cab in a Solo,” “Can’t Pass the Bar” and “Love Like This.”
He also shared the 12-song LP’s tracklist as well as the cover art for the project.
