YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been arrested on multiple charges in Utah.
YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was arrested by the Cache County Sheriff’s Office at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, reports quoting police records say.
The 24-year-old Louisiana rapper has been charged with procuring or attempting to procure prescription drugs; possession of other controlled substances; possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person; a “pattern of unlawful activity”; identity fraud; and forgery, according to inmate records.
No bail has reportedly been set yet.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been under house arrest for more than two years, awaiting trial on charges of possession of two weapons as a felon.
He was arrested along with others during a music video shoot outside his ancestral house in Louisiana in September 2020 and was indicted in that case in March 2021.
He was released later and allowed to serve his pre-trial house arrest in Utah.
