Bruce Springsteen joined country superstar Zach Bryan on stage at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Wednesday, March 27.
Springsteen took an off day from his own tour, which is currently on the West Coast of the U.S., to fly over to New York for the appearance.
The two singers teamed up to sing a version of Bryan’s as-yet-unreleased song “Sandpaper,” as well as his 2019 song “Revival,” for which they were joined on stage by Maggie Rogers.
Bryan has previously covered Springsteen’s Born in the U.S.A. classic “I’m on Fire” on several occasions, live and in the studio.
Meanwhile, Bryan kicked off “The Quittin Time Tour” earlier this month and has dates scheduled throughout the year.
Springsteen recently resumed his world tour with the E Street Band after a six-month hiatus due to his battle with peptic ulcers.
