Pearl Jam Unleash Punky New Single 'Running'

March 27, 2024
in Entertainment

Pearl Jam recently released a punky new single, “Running,” from their upcoming album, Dark Matter.

“Lost in the tunnel and the tunnel’s getting funneled / Like the sewage in the plumbing / ‘Cause we left the fucking water running,” the lyrics go.

The two-minute song follows the title track, which dropped last month. Dark Matter, the rock band’s twelfth studio album, will be released via Monkeywrench Records/Republic Records on April 19.

Dark Matter was produced by Grammy award-winning producer Andrew Watt and is the band’s first release since Gigaton.

Meanwhile, Pearl Jam will launch their Dark Matter World Tour in North America this spring. They’ll head to Europe in the summer for outdoor shows, arena dates and festival slots.
