Quavo Returns With Fiery New Single 'Himothy'

February 29, 2024
in Entertainment

Quavo has returned with a fiery new single, “Himothy,” his first track of the year.

“I’m tired of you talkin’ ’bout him (I’m tired), please, let my nephew rest,” Quavo raps about his nephew Takeoff, who was shot and killed outside a Houston bowling alley following a dispute in November 2022.

The song is Quavo’s first new solo song since releasing Rocket Power last August. The Atlanta rapper hasn’t announced a new project yet.

Rocket Power, Quavo’s second solo album, was dedicated to Takeoff and debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 with about 33,000 album units sold in the first week.
