Violent Femmes To Play First Two Albums In Full On Upcoming Tour

Violent Femmes have announced a Spring 2024 North American tour that will see the folk-punk legends playing their first two albums in their entirety.

Last year, the Femmes played their classic 1983 self-titled debut LP in its entirety on a 40th anniversary tour.

This year, the band will start with a full performance of 1984’s Hallowed Ground in celebration of its 40th anniversary, followed by a brief intermission. Then the band will return to play the self-titled album in full, followed by a few favorites from other albums.

The trek kicks off on May 1st in San Francisco and wraps up on May 18th in Detroit. Tickets are on sale now.
